N.Y. Lt. Governor debuts ESF’s Biofuels and Analytics Labs at Syracuse COE

New York Lt. Governor Kathy Hochul joined ESF President Quentin Wheeler, Syracuse  Center of Excellence (COE) Executive Director Edward Bogucz, Syracuse University Vice Chancellor Michael Haynie, and others for the official opening of  ESF’s Biofuels Pilot Lab and Analytics Lab at the COE, .
